SportVeo Creator Terms

1. Platform and Streaming Service

SportVeo provides a platform and streaming technology that allows creators to broadcast live video content ("Livestreams") and archive them for replay. SportVeo is a distribution and hosting platform only.

SportVeo does not:

• Create, produce, or edit your content
• Own or control your content
• Grant you rights to broadcast any event or content
• Verify your legal authority to stream any particular game, event, or activity

2. Your Responsibility for Content and Rights

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to record and livestream any content you upload or broadcast through SportVeo. This includes:

• Permission from the venue or facility owner
• Authorization from the event organizer or league
• Rights from any applicable rights holders (teams, athletes, coaches, participants)
• Compliance with venue, league, or event recording restrictions
• Adherence to local, state, and national laws regarding recording and broadcasting
• Compliance with third-party intellectual property rights

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not stream content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains unauthorized recordings from broadcast or subscription services
• Is prohibited by venue, league, event, or participant restrictions
• Contains harassment, hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
• Is misleading, fraudulent, or impersonates another person or entity

4. Verification and Confirmation

By checking the required box in the creator onboarding form, you confirm that:

• You have obtained all necessary permissions to record and livestream the event or content
• You are legally authorized to broadcast on behalf of yourself and any participants
• Your stream complies with all applicable restrictions and terms
• You understand and accept full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your stream

5. Content Removal and Enforcement

SportVeo may, at its sole discretion, disable, remove, or terminate access to any livestream or archived content if:

• A valid rights claim is submitted by a rights holder
• Content violates these terms or SportVeo's community guidelines
• Content is reported as infringing, harassment, or otherwise violating applicable law
• SportVeo receives a valid legal notice or court order

SportVeo is not obligated to review content before it is streamed, nor to monitor all streams. Removal or termination does not constitute an admission of infringement.

6. No Indemnification by SportVeo

SportVeo does not indemnify, defend, or hold you harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your stream. You assume all risk for the content you broadcast, including any infringement, unauthorized recording, or violation of venue or event restrictions.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a rights holder disputes your right to stream content, SportVeo may require you to provide proof of authorization before restoring access to your stream. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in permanent removal of the content.

8. Future Monetization

SportVeo currently does not pay creators for streams. In the future, SportVeo may introduce a monetization program. Any creator earnings will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided separately. Acceptance of these Creator Terms does not guarantee participation in or payment under any future monetization program.

9. Modification of Terms

SportVeo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you have questions about these terms or your rights to stream a particular event, contact SportVeo support before going live. Do not assume you have rights you have not explicitly confirmed.
