SportVeo and its suppliers are not liable for damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data or profit, or business interruption.

5. User Accounts

You agree to: provide accurate information, maintain password confidentiality, accept responsibility for account activities, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. SportVeo may terminate accounts for violation of these terms.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use SportVeo to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
• Spam, phish, or deceive users
• Violate applicable laws
• Impersonate others
• Transmit malware
• Disrupt SportVeo operations

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant SportVeo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content.

8. YouTube Integration

When you connect your YouTube account: you are granting SportVeo access through official Google OAuth 2.0, you are responsible for YouTube content, you must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and you can disconnect anytime through account settings.

9. Third-Party Services

SportVeo may link to third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms. SportVeo is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

10. Content Moderation

SportVeo reserves the right to remove, modify, or suspend any content violating these terms or Community Standards, without notice.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SportVeo harmless from claims arising from your use of SportVeo, violation of these terms, infringement of rights, or content you upload.

12. Modifications

SportVeo may revise these terms anytime. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Intellectual Property

If you believe your intellectual property rights are infringed, contact legal@sportveo.com with details of the infringement.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable jurisdiction laws. You irrevocably submit to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that location.
